Years ago Grace came to Fairbanks kicking and screaming. A Texan by birth, she was afraid of the -40 degree cold, its wild critters, and distance away. But it only took about 6 months for her to know: This is home.
This is what she yearned for and she loves it. Fairbanks has the appeal of a small town with no traffic jams,
yet people, who are warm and friendly, and tell it like it is. Besides, everyone can find interests here, be it in sports, music, hobbies, and arts, with others to share. She has enjoyed square dancing, snowshoeing, and
Badminton, and when she taught school, she enjoyed sharing life in Alaska with her students.
Her schooling included Harvard Elementary in Houston, Wheaton College in Illinois, and Rice University in
Houston. In Fairbanks, she enjoyed setting up a Community Survey at the Noel Wien Library, before
teaching at Tanana, Barnette, Denali, and Ann Wien Schools. After a brief stint with the U.S. Census
Bureau, she gave real estate a try.
Real Estate is a great challenge and opportunity for Grace. She likes helping people find homes that they
love. She likes to find buyers for sellers’ homes in a timely fashion. Throughout the sale process her goal
Is to be thorough and to keep clients informed. Communication is a must.
Grace sends a warm welcome to clients, first-time buyers and experienced buyers and to sellers downsizing
and sellers of loved homes!
